1 Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases of services from Prizm Services LLC ("Prizm Services," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating in the United States. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining a fair process for all clients. This Policy is designed to protect both you as a customer and us as a service provider, in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

📋 Before You Request a Refund We always encourage clients to contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our revision process, dedicated support, or a complimentary strategy call — before a refund ever becomes necessary.

2 One-Time Project Services

One-time services include: Logo Design, Brand Identity Kits, Website Design & Development, Landing Pages, eCommerce Stores, SEO Audits, and any other flat-fee deliverable.

✅ Full Refund Eligible You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order before any work has begun — typically within 24 hours of payment. Contact us immediately and we will process your refund with no questions asked.
⚠ Partial Refund Eligible If work is underway (initial concepts, drafts, or strategy delivered), a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The refundable portion will be calculated and communicated to you transparently.
🚫 No Refund No refund will be issued once a final deliverable has been approved and delivered to you, or once revisions have been exhausted after mutual agreement on scope changes. Digital design assets, once approved and handed over, cannot be "returned."

3 Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services include: Google Ads Management, Meta/Facebook Ads, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Blog Content, Analytics Reporting, and all other subscription-based services.

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations submitted within the 7-day notice window will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged for the following month.
  • Refunds for the current billing cycle are not available once the month's work has commenced, as our team will have already allocated resources and begun execution on your account.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed monthly services due to our own fault, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month.
💡 No Long-Term Contracts There are no annual contracts, lock-in periods, or early termination fees. We earn your business every single month.

5 Third-Party Expenses

Prizm Services acts as an agent on behalf of clients when purchasing third-party products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Domain name registrations
  • Web hosting or server fees
  • Stock photography licenses
  • Premium plugins, themes, or software subscriptions

These costs are governed by the refund policies of the respective third-party vendors. Prizm Services cannot issue refunds for third-party expenses and is not liable for losses incurred through third-party platforms. All ad spend deposited into advertising platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms.

6 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us using any of the following methods:

  • Email: info@prizmservices.com — include your order number and reason for the request.
  • Contact Form: Visit our Contact page and select "Refund / Billing" as your subject.
  • Phone: (888) 469-2107 — Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM ET.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7 Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably without involving financial institutions.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide our bank or payment processor with a full record of all communications, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Suspend or terminate services on the disputed account during the review period.
  • Pursue recovery of any disputed amounts for services that were fully rendered and approved by the client.
⚠ Note for Cardholders Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback for legitimately rendered services may constitute chargeback fraud under U.S. law. We document all project activity, approvals, and client communications to protect both parties.

8 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prizm Services LLC is registered. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless you are a consumer entitled to bring claims in small claims court.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act.

9 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
